The Waiter, approaching to a little table, should welcome visitors depending on time of visiting by words ' Good morning ', ' Good afternoon ' or ' Good evening '.
If visitors have sat down for the table chosen by them to offer them other places, to replace it is not authorised. In the evening to occupy empty seats behind a table where visitors already sit, it is possible only after they will give on this permission to the headwaiter.
In the afternoon (with 12 to 17) when dinners are released, behind little tables empty seats are engaged.
Sometimes happens, that in a hall of restaurant the visitor and the waiter face with each other. In that case the waiter suggests the visitor to pass the first.
