Precisely to fulfil requirements of a labour safety, safety precautions, sanitary and personal hygiene, to make thrifty use of the stock equipment, property and other material assets.
The Waiter is obliged to demand from visitors of compensation of a damage if they have broken something from porcelain or glasswares, have burnt a cloth, etc. and to give out them the cash receipt.
That the waiter should not do:
To leave a hall for long time without the prevention of the headwaiter or the foreman;
To sit down by a little table of the customer, to accept from it entertainments;
To sit in a hall;
To accept food;
To gather groups;
privalivatsja to a wall or to lean the elbows on an armchair at order reception; loudly to talk;
To serve the visitors who have come in a state of intoxication;
To accept advanced orders on service of various actions without the permission of the headwaiter;
To put without the permission of the headwaiter of the announcement, that ' the table is ordered '.
