Members of a link carry out the order: one waiter receives production from buffet, cold snack; another - hot dishes. Checks for reception of a still-room and kitchen production are punched by the foreman or its assistant (one of waiters). Simple operations on service (gathering and ware replacement, cleaning of a table and other duties - at the discretion of the foreman) charge to the waiter less qualified or to the pupil.
